# Content Library

## Content Library

The Content Library is your central storage for brand assets images, text snippets, and other reusable content that you want to reference and insert into email campaigns without searching for them each time.

### What the Content Library is for

Every time you build a campaign, you are likely working with the same set of recurring assets: your product screenshots, promotional banners, logo variations, approved copy blocks, and standard calls to action. Without a centralized library, these end up scattered across local folders, Google Drive, Notion pages, and Slack messages and finding them mid-campaign slows you down.

The Content Library solves this by giving you one place inside Humanic to store and retrieve all of it. Once your assets are in the library, you can reference them directly from the prompt box when generating campaigns, insert them into emails without leaving the editor, and keep your visual and copy assets consistent across every campaign you send.

### What you can store

The Content Library supports three types of assets:

**Images** — product screenshots, banners, hero images, logo files, and any other visual assets you use regularly in email campaigns.

**Text** — approved copy blocks, standard disclaimers, signature formats, CTA text, and any reusable written content you want to pull into emails consistently.

**Video** — video files or video thumbnail assets you want to embed or link to in email content.

### How to use the Content Library in campaigns

When building or refining a campaign in the prompt box, you can reference your stored assets directly. For example:

"Use the product hero image from the Content Library as the header image for this email."

"Add the standard unsubscribe disclaimer from the Content Library to the footer."

"Use the Q2 promotional banner from the library in the first section of this email."

Humanic pulls the asset from your library and inserts it into the generated email. This keeps your campaigns brand-consistent and removes the need to re-upload the same files repeatedly.

### How to add assets to the Content Library

**Step 1 — Navigate to the Content Library**

Access the Content Library from the left navigation in your Humanic dashboard.

**Step 2 — Upload your assets**

Click the upload button and select the files you want to add. Images and video files can be uploaded directly. For text assets, paste or type your content into the text field and save it with a clear, descriptive name.

**Step 3 — Name your assets clearly**

Use names that are specific and easy to reference in prompts. For example, "Q2 hero banner — blue background" is more useful than "banner1.png." Clear names make it easier to reference the right asset when generating campaigns.

**Step 4 — Organize by type or campaign**

Group related assets together so they are easy to find. If you run seasonal campaigns, name assets with the season or campaign name as a prefix so they are easy to locate and archive later.

### Why a well-maintained Content Library improves campaign quality

When the AI has direct access to your actual brand assets, not just written descriptions of them campaign output is more accurate and more on-brand. You spend less time correcting image choices or rewriting approved copy because the right assets are already available in the generation workflow.

Over time, a well-organized Content Library becomes one of the most valuable parts of your Humanic setup. Combined with your brand guidelines, it gives the AI everything it needs to generate campaigns that look and feel exactly like your brand from the first draft.
