We’ve introduced new features to help improve your email deliverability and maintain healthy sending practices: * **Disable Open Tracking**: Turn off open tracking for all campaigns to reduce issues with email providers and improve inbox placement. * **Enable ESP Matching**: Match your sending email service provider (ESP) with your recipients’ ESP to increase the chances of landing in their inbox. * **Send First Email as Text-Only**: Automatically send the first email in every campaign as plain text to improve deliverability and avoid spam filters. * **Server & IP Sharding and Rotation (SISR)**: SISR assigns dedicated IP groups to your account, adding isolation and protection to maintain strong deliverability.
