# Deliverability Score

Humanic tracks key domain factors that influence your deliverability—such as IP reputation, domain reputation, and spam score—and automatically pauses campaigns that could harm your sender reputation more than help it.

Humanic also detects leads likely to engage negatively, such as marking emails as spam or replying with abusive messages, and automatically skips them if their sequences haven’t started.

We’ve introduced new features to help improve your email deliverability and maintain healthy sending practices:

* **Disable Open Tracking**: Turn off open tracking for all campaigns to reduce issues with email providers and improve inbox placement.
* **Enable ESP Matching**: Match your sending email service provider (ESP) with your recipients’ ESP to increase the chances of landing in their inbox.
* **Send First Email as Text-Only**: Automatically send the first email in every campaign as plain text to improve deliverability and avoid spam filters.
* **Server & IP Sharding and Rotation (SISR)**: SISR assigns dedicated IP groups to your account, adding isolation and protection to maintain strong deliverability. It activates automatically based on your sending volume.
* **Rate Limits**: Controls how many emails you can send each day and pauses campaigns automatically.
