How do Credits work?

Credits are not the same as tokens

Every Humanic user receives a set number of credits at sign-up.

• Each AI prompt uses 10 credits, whether it’s a short or long prompt. This encourages writing complete, well-structured prompts for better results.

• Sending one email to one person uses 1 credit.

For example, the free plan includes 1,000 credits (about 1,000 emails per month), the Growth plan allows around 10,000, the Core plan 50,000, and the Scale plan up to 100,000 emails per month.

There’s no limit to how many contacts you can upload or sync. Credits are only used when you send an email, so you can message the same contact multiple times without additional sync costs.
