## Pricing and credits

Humanic uses a credit-based system that covers both AI generation and email sending — so you only spend credits on work that actually happens. There are no seat fees, no contact limits, and no hidden charges for syncing your audience data.

### How credits work

Credits are consumed in two ways:

**Generating an email** uses 10 credits per prompt, regardless of whether the prompt is short or long. This is intentional — it encourages writing complete, well-structured prompts that produce better output on the first generation rather than sending multiple thin prompts in sequence.

**Sending an email** uses 1 credit per send. Each email dispatched to one recipient costs one credit. If you send a 3-email campaign sequence to 500 contacts, that uses 1,500 sending credits.

There is no limit on how many contacts you can upload, sync, or maintain in your account. Credits are only consumed when you actively generate or send — not for storing or managing your audience.

10,000 credits per month. Built for growing teams that need to drive higher user activation and adoption across a larger audience. Enough credits for approximately 900 email generations and 9,100 sends per month, or any combination of the two.

50,000 credits per month. Designed for teams that want access to the full range of Humanic's core features at meaningful sending volume. Suitable for active lifecycle marketing programs with multiple running campaigns.

**Scale — $100/month (monthly) or $960/year (save 20%)**

100,000 credits per month. Built for fast-moving marketing teams running campaigns at scale. Includes everything in Core plus Migration and Onboarding Support, a concierge service for optimized email prompting and design support, and removal of the Humanic badge from outgoing emails.

**Enterprise**

### Annual vs. monthly billing

All paid plans are available on monthly or annual billing. Switching to annual saves 18% on Growth and 20% on Core and Scale. You can toggle between billing periods in the pricing panel before upgrading.

### How far do credits go?

A quick reference for planning your monthly credit budget:

On the Growth plan (10,000 credits), you could generate roughly 50 emails through prompting (500 credits) and send each to a list of 950 contacts (9,500 credits).

On the Core plan (50,000 credits), you could run a 3-email onboarding sequence generated through 30 prompt iterations (300 credits) and send the full sequence to 16,500 contacts (49,500 credits).

The right balance depends on how much you iterate during generation vs. how large your sending volume is. Heavy iterators spend more credits on generation; teams with established templates spend the bulk on sending.

### Frequently asked questions

**Do unused credits roll over to the next month?**

Credits reset each billing period. Unused credits do not carry over. Plan your campaigns to make use of your full monthly allocation.

**Can I buy additional credits if I run out?**

Upgrade to the next plan tier if your credit needs exceed your current plan. Contact <care@humanic.ai> if you have a one-time need that falls between plan tiers.

**Is there a limit on contacts?**

No. You can upload, sync, or import as many contacts as you need on any plan. You are only charged credits when emails are sent — not for storing contact data.

**Do I need to enter a credit card to start?**

The Starter plan is free and requires no payment information. A card is required only when upgrading to a paid plan.

**Can I use a coupon code?**

Yes. Each paid plan has a coupon code field in the upgrade flow. If you have a code, enter it before clicking Upgrade. For questions about coupons, contact <care@humanic.ai> with the email address associated with your account.

**How does the Scale plan's concierge service work?**

Scale plan users get access to a concierge service for email prompting and design support — meaning the Humanic team can help you write better prompts, optimize your campaign structure, and improve your email design. Reach out to the team after upgrading to get started.
