Top 10 things to know about generating Emails with Prompts
Use detailed prompts
Avoid single-line prompts; they rarely produce the best results.
Write at least a few paragraphs that include your goal, target audience, your business URL (for brand-cohesive emails), and any other relevant context.
Expect prompt-sensitive outputs
Email quality depends heavily on the prompt, so results can sometimes be inconsistent.
Plan for multiple revisions; remember that each revision will consume credits.
Edit using prompts, not a text editor
Direct manual editing with a built-in text editor is not available.
Make all changes through prompts, including font and color updates, rounded corners, images, and any other design or content adjustments. Try it you will be surprised on how effective and fast it is.
Create single emails or full campaigns
Use prompts to generate either a single email or a multi-email campaign sequence directly from the prompt input box.
Clearly state whether you want one message or an entire sequence so the model structures the output correctly.
Regenerate when results are off
If the preview does not match what you want, ask the model to regenerate the email.
Refine your prompt with clearer goals, constraints, and examples before regenerating.
Use the code tab for advanced fixes
If generation is slow or the model behaves unexpectedly, open the Code tab and edit the MJML directly.
MJML is similar to HTML but specifically designed for building responsive emails.
Choose a high-quality model
The model you select has a major impact on email quality.
For best results, use the Sonnet 4.5 model when generating emails, as it is highly recommended for strong, on-brand output.
Clone and customize successful emails
When you find an email you like, clone it as a starting point.
Then use prompts to customize the content and design further for new audiences, offers, or campaigns
Personalize the email with variables such as user.first_name
Make sure the variable matches with the column name you've provided in the .csv that you uploaded with the contacts
You can also use other variables and use the prompt box to place them at the right place within the email.
Can I attach images in my email using the prompts?
You can attach images from your desktop in the prompt box and prompt it to place the image at the right place in the email.
The ability to uplaod all your images to a content library is on our roadmap.

Does Humanic only generate emails or does it send emails too?
Humanic not only generates emails but also sends them. You can create personalized email campaigns and Humanic will handle the sending process, including optimizing delivery timing and managing technical aspects like domain reputation and spam control.
Can I receive Emails with Humanic?
No. You can still set a Reply To Address on your emails configuration to direct any responses to a different location like an existing inbox.
There is also currently, also no support for a unified inbox to receive emails sent to different domains.
What LLM models do you support?
Humanic continually tests all available email generation models and adds the latest ones within days of their release.
We highly recommend using the Claude Sonnet series of models. They perform better than other models families for generating emails - like Google Gemini, and Open AI.
How can I activate a Campaign?
To activate a campaign, first configure your sender details and domain settings. Next, upload your list of users. Once these steps are complete, you can activate the campaign. See Checklist here
Can I send a Test Email before I activate a campaign
Yes. It is strongly recommended that you send a test email before activating a campaign.
Can I send emails without configuring my domain?
No. You can only send test emails but currently do not support sending emails without connecting your domain.
But you can send emails by connecting your Google / Gsuite Account. (This feature in on our roadmap and will be releasing shortly).

I didn’t subscribe to Humanic, but my credit card was charged. Why did this happen?
You probably used a coupon code to get free access to Humanic, but forgot to turn off auto-renew. Don’t worry—just go to the pricing plans section in your dashboard and toggle auto-renew off to avoid any future charges.
How do I request a refund for accidental charges?
To get a refund for accidental charges, contact the Humanic support team here or send email to care@humanic.ai with your account details and a description of the issue. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after your request is reviewed. The delay in refunds are caused by the processing time that Stripe takes.here
I do not see any place to apply my coupon code?
You can apply your coupon code click on the crown icon on the top right in the Humanic Dashboard and then click on upgrade. Scroll down on the plan you want to apply the coupon code and click upgrade.

Do you limit the number of users that can use Humanic?
There are no limits on how many members within an organization can access Humanic. All users who log in using the same domain name are automatically grouped under one organization and can view each other's campaigns.
Does Humanic support multi-user access?
As stated above, email addresses that share the same domain are automatically grouped under the same Humanic account.
How many domains can I connect to Humanic?
Humanic allows you to connect as many domains as you like. There’s no limit.
How many emails can I send every day on a domain?
There is no limit to the number of emails you can send through a domain per day.
Although, Humanic tracks bounce rates (both hard and soft) and manages unsubscribes for the emails you send. We also monitor your domain and IP reputation, along with spam rates. If any of these exceed our thresholds, your campaign may be suspended. More about thresholds here.

What can I do to ensure that my campaign / account does not get suspended?
Make sure to have clean list of verified emails addresses for each campaign and content of the email does not trigger a spam warning. More details here.
Do you provide Migration Support from other tools?
Is Humanic a replacement for tools such as customer.io, Braze and Klaviyo
Yes, Humanic is an AI-native email platform, and many customers who previously used tools like Customer.io, Braze, and Klaviyo have switched to Humanic for its advanced automation and AI-driven features
Do you provide migration support from these tools.

How can I send Cold Emails?
Humanic primarily focuses on sending nurture campaigns to opted-in email addresses. However, it can also be used to send small batches of outbound emails.
Humanic limits cold emails sent out to not more than 100 emails every 24 hour period
What is the difference between Nurture (also called Marketing and Transactional Emails ) and Cold Emails?
Nurture emails are sent to people who have shown interest in hearing from you, such as through a webinar, newsletter signup, or other interactions. Cold emails, on the other hand, are sent to people who are unfamiliar with your service and have not expressed any prior interest.
What do I need to send emails from my domain?
To start sending emails, you’ll need to connect an existing domain or purchase a new one.
Does Humanic help with purchasing domains?
No, Humanic does not assist with purchasing domains. Domains can be bought from popular registrars such as GoDaddy.com, Namecheap.com, Hostinger.com, and many others.
Do you offer the ability to have a dedicated IP?
Yes, dedicated IP addresses can be purchased as part of our enterprise plans. More about it here

Does Humanic support A/B Testing?
Humanic uses large language models to generate the best-performing email for your audience and goals. This significantly reduces the need for traditional A/B testing, and Humanic does not currently support A/B test setups.
Does Humanic support WhatsApp Messaging?
No. At the moment, Humanic supports email only and does not offer multi-channel notifications.
Where can I find the product roadmap for Humanic?
Humanic includes a Roadmap board directly in the dashboard, where you can track progress on features the team is building and vote on or submit new requests you need.
