Email Logs

After your campaign is activated, you can review the logs to see all the emails sent along with their delivery status.

Clicking on a specific user’s email opens a side panel with more details, including an HTML preview of the email that was sent.

Note:

• This is a helpful way to check if your personalization fields are working correctly.

• You can also use the Test Email feature to preview how your email, including personalization, will look.

• All unsubscribed users will appear in the Contact List section.
