How do I set up my sending domain in Humanic?

Domains are required to send emails at scale

Humanic is an end to end system where you can generate the email and also send the emails. To send the email campaign you need to connect your domain.

To send email campaigns from Humanic, you need to connect and verify a sending domain. This links your brand's domain (e.g., mail.yourstore.com) to Humanic's infrastructure and proves to inbox providers that you're authorized to send on behalf of that domain. Step-by-step: connect your domain

  1. In Humanic, go to Settings > Domains and click Add Domain.

  2. Enter your domain name (we recommend a subdomain like mail.yourdomain.com).

  3. Humanic displays three DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Copy each one into your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.).

  4. Return to Humanic and click Verify. Propagation typically takes 15–60 minutes; Frequently asked questions Should I use a subdomain or root domain? Use a subdomain (e.g., mail.yourdomain.com). This protects your root domain's reputation if deliverability issues arise during warm-up. What if my domain doesn't verify? Check that all three DNS records were added exactly as shown no extra spaces or missing characters. If it's been over 48 hours, contact support at care@humanic.ai.
