Your Onboarding Compass ๐Ÿงญ

Milestones are significant checkpoints in your users' journey with your product. They serve as markers of progress, from initial sign-up to advanced usage. Humanic auto-generates these milestones based on typical user behaviors, ensuring you have a foundational map of user engagement.

Highlights of Milestones

  • Automated Tracking: Each milestone represents a significant action or phase in the user journey, such as 'Onboarding' or 'Advanced Features Usage'.

  • Focus on Key Users: The system-generated personas cover 80% of your most valuable users, ensuring you focus your efforts on segments that drive your business forward.

  • User Breakdown: Display the number and percentage of users in each segment to understand their weight within the user base.

  • Customization: Create new milestones when necessary by clicking the "+" icon, and set rules to exclude users who have moved to subsequent stages.

  • Drag-and-Drop Interface: Click 'Click to Reorder Milestones' to engage a user-friendly drag-and-drop feature, allowing you to rearrange the milestones according to the natural progression of user behavior or business priorities.

  • Date Range Selection: Use the date range options like 'Last 30 days' or 'Last 15 days' to gain perspective on how user interactions with milestones have evolved.

  • Navigate to the 'Milestones' tab on your dashboard.

  • Click the "+" icon next to the 'Milestone' heading to create a new milestone.

  • Enter a title for your milestone that reflects the user journey stage it represents.

  • Add a description for the particular milestone. This would help you better define your milestone.

  • Optionally, use the Gen AI to suggest rules for the milestone or create them manually with the 'And/Or' logic.

  • If creating rules manually, specify the conditions that define the milestone.

  • Tick the 'Exclude users who have reached next milestones' option to only include users who currently qualify for the particular milestone.

  • Click 'Submit' to save and implement the new milestone.
