Segment
Humanic AI is available in the Segment Destinations catalog. Follow these steps to connect your Segment data to Humanic:
Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, ensure you have the following:
Admin access to your Segment account.
You will need your Humanic API key to integrate Humanic.ai with Segment. Follow these instructions to find your Humanic API key.
Access Your Segment Workspace
Log in to your segment dashboard and select the appropriate workspace.
Navigate to Connections > Destinations from the left menu.
Click the Add Destination button located at the top right.

Search and Select Humanic AI
In the search bar, type "Humanic AI" and select the Humanic AI card.
Click Next.

Create Destination
Choose the data source you want to sync with Humanic and click Next.
Select a Source to connect to destination Name your destination, e.g., "Humanic.ai", then click Create Destination and Done.
Configure the Destination
Go to the Destinations page and select the newly created destination (e.g., Humanic.ai Destination).
Retrieve your API Key from Humanic by visiting Humanic API key.
On the destination configuration page in Segment, enter the API key from Humanic and save it.
Add API Key
Enable and Test the Destination
Enable the destination by toggling the button near the Setup Guide button on the settings page.
Go to the Event Tester tab to test the connection by sending a test event. A "200 OK" response indicates a successful connection.
Complete the Setup
In the Humanic.ai destination settings, go to the Settings tab and ensure the destination is enabled.
Next Steps
Once the connection is established:
Access Events: You can view and manage your synced Segment events via product events.
Create Milestones: Use the synced data to create and track milestones.
Regular Syncing: Humanic ensures your data is always up-to-date through regular syncing.
