Stripe

Connect your payment data to Humanic.

Looking to link your Stripe data with Humanic? You can have it up and running in a few minutes!

Prerequisites

Before starting the integration, ensure you have the following:

• Restricted API key (referred to as the Access Token in Humanic) from Stripe

For instructions on how to obtain this, refer to the Find Your Stripe Credentials.

Access Data Integrations

1. In the Humanic Dashboard, click on the left sidebar link labeled Data Management to open the Data Integrations page

Select Stripe from Supported Integrations

1. On the Data Integrations page, you'll see various data integrations supported by Humanic

2. Look for the "Payment" category and click on it

3. From the list of supported integrations, select "Stripe" by clicking on its card

Provide Connection Details

After clicking the Stripe card, you'll be prompted to enter the following information:

• Access Token: Enter the Restricted API key from Stripe.

Complete the Integration

1. Double-check that all the provided details are correct

2. Click on the CONNECT button to initiate the integration process

Hovering over each connected integration's card will show you the last time the data was synced.

Next Steps

Humanic will notify you via email once the initial data sync is complete.

Once the connection is established:

• User Enrichment: Humanic uses Stripe data to enrich user profiles with financial information.

• Create Stages: Track user plans and subscription levels to help target users using stages.

• Regular Syncing: Humanic ensures your data is always up-to-date through regular syncing.
