Primary Use Cases

Humanic can be used in two modes:

  1. Broadcasts – Used to send a one-time email or a series of emails to a specific list. Common use cases include newsletters, product updates, webinar announcements, etc.

  2. Lifecycle Campaigns – Designed to send personalized, behavior-driven email sequences to users based on their engagement stage, such as onboarding, adoption, re-engagement, and retention.

  3. The four key Lifecycle Stages are:

Activation

The Segmentation Agent automatically creates micro-cohorts based on product usage patterns. You can further refine these groups using demographic or third-party enrichment data to drive more personalized activation strategies.

Adoption

Paid users are automatically segmented into their respective tiers by the Segmentation Agent. This enables tailored messaging for each paid segment, helping increase feature adoption and customer value.

Dormant

Users with no activity in the past 30 days (configurable) are classified as dormant. Targeted campaigns can then be triggered to re-engage these users more effectively.

Lapsed

Users with no activity for 90+ days (also configurable) are marked as lapsed. The platform enables automated campaigns to reawaken interest and bring these users back.
