Primary Use Cases

Humanic, is focussed on four primary use cases:

  1. Activation - The Segmentation Agent automatically generates micro-cohorts based on product usage data. Additional data sources such as Demographic and Third party enrichment data can be used to further sub-segment the users, automatically.

  2. Adoption - The Segmentation Agent automatically separates paid users into their own distinct stage. (Separate stages are created for multiple paid tiers.). This allows for a more granular analysis and targeting of the various paid user segments, resulting in higher adoption.

  3. Dormant - The Segmentation Agent automatically classifies users who have had no activity for the past 30 days (this time period is configurable) as dormant users. This allows for targeted campaigns to be undertaken resulting in re-engaging users at a higher rate.

  4. Lapsed - The Segmentation Agent automatically classifies users who have had no activity for the past 90+ days (this time period is configurable) as lapsed users. This allows for targeted campaigns to be undertaken resulting in re-engaging users at a higher rate.

Other use supported use case include - NewsLetters, Product Updates, Event Invites etc.
